With this launch, the concept of performance for complex industrial applications is redefined, setting a new standard for efficiency. Thanks to 10 Gbps USB3.1 Gen2 technology, NECTA X offers ultra-fast data transmission, high frame rates, and minimal latency, enabling smooth and precise real-time image processing even on the fastest production lines.

With NECTA X, managing complex systems becomes simpler and more reliable. The USB 3.1 Gen2 interface not only increases usable bandwidth up to 9.6 Gbps but also eliminates the need for dedicated acquisition boards or external frame grabbers, drastically reducing costs and integration complexity. Significant improvements in power management allow the camera to support demanding hardware configurations, ensuring constant operational stability without compromising performance.

Sensor versatility

The NECTA X range is equipped with AMS Dragster single or dual-line sensors, available in 4K, 8K, and 16K resolutions. This variety ensures superior image quality for any industrial inspection application. The camera supports on-board color reconstruction (de-mosaicing) and image pre-processing, providing companies with a powerful product in an extremely rugged design.

Design and simplified integration

NECTA X is designed to adapt with extreme ease to existing systems. It is available in two formats: a compact version with an F-mount adapter for standard optics and a version for high-resolution sensors with an M72 optical threaded mount, ensuring superior mechanical stability. Thanks to its high thermal efficiency, the camera does not require active cooling systems, facilitating installation in tight spaces.

Connectivity and Software

The camera offers a versatile I/O interface (RS422, RS644 LVDS, LVTTL) for controlling external devices such as encoders and strobes. NECTA X is fully compliant with GenICam and GenTL standards and is accompanied by a comprehensive SDK compatible with Windows and Linux. Support is guaranteed for major vision software (VisionPro, Halcon, LabView) and embedded platforms such as Jetson and Raspberry Pi.
