Our dual-USB3 camera

CELERA CMOS dual-USB3 cameras provides unrivaled speed, extreme flexibility and quick system integration. Its double USB3 interface, ultra-fast acquisition rate, extremely reduced dimensions and rugged design make CELERA cameras suitable for the most demanding applications: automated optical inspection, high performance sorting systems, industrial metrology, microscopy, medical diagnostics and machine vision.

CELERA cameras are powered directly by the USB3 bus eliminating the need for external power adapters. USB3 provides the most cost effective and widespread interface, pushing speed performances at the top.

Versatile I/O

CELERA provides a versatile I/O interface to control external devices such as strobe lights, encoders, etc. 2 input lines with direct encoder interface, 2 output lines and 1 input/output (RS422, RS644 LVDS, LVTTL). Its multipurpose I/O connector provides user I/O, line/frame triggering and direct encoder interface.

Powerful on-board image processing

CELERA cameras provide powerful on-line user-controlled image processing: 8 AOI, independent LUTs, gamma correction, white balance, brightness, contrast, sharpness, saturation and hue. Its control sequencing mechanism allows up to 64 different video settings to be applied to a chain of subsequent frames.

Driver and Software

An easy-to-use set of software API is available, which allows developers to quickly produce fast and clean code both on Windows and Linux, supporting all major programming languages, such as Python, C#, VB, C++ in Visual Studio or QT environment.
Our Software Development Kit provided with CELERA cameras, is fully compatible with Cognex VisionPro, MVTech Halcon, NI LabView and other major machine vision software for industrial application.

triggerAdvanced triggering

With CELERA series, user can choose among a long list of triggering mechanisms. Acquisition can be driven by high/low logic levels, edges and encoder position. Furthermore, the frequency of triggering signals can be internally converted to solve even the most challenging problems.
