CELERA One family
CELERA One camera series provide the same excellence in quality, flexibility and performances of CELERA cameras, with the only exception of a single USB3 interface, while keeping the original extremely reduced dimensions and rugged design that make CELERA One cameras suitable for most applications: automated optical inspection, high performance sorting systems, industrial metrology, microscopy, medical diagnostics and machine vision.
CELERA One cameras are powered directly by the USB3 bus eliminating the need for external power adapters. USB3 provides the most cost effective and widespread interface, pushing speed performances at the top.
CELERA One cameras provide powerful on-line user-controlled image processing: 8 AOI, independent LUTs, gamma correction, white balance, brightness, contrast, sharpness, saturation and hue. The Advanced Sequencer feature is available as well: a control sequencing mechanism allows up to 64 different video settings to be applied to a sequence of subsequent frames.
An easy-to-use set of software API is available which allows developers to quickly produce fast and well readable code on Windows (VC++/C#/VB.Net) and Linux (C++).
CELERA One accessories available upon request:
- F-mount adapter
- shielded I/O cable
- C-mount adapter is always supplied but can be removed easily
CELERA One series is fully compatible with Cognex VisionPro and other major Machine Vision software for industrial application.
*CELERA One 12 MP will be available from Q1 2020

- Advanced triggering
USB3 interface
With USB3 interface, CELERA One provides high performances in a cost effective solution.
Fast global-shutter CMOS technology
CMOSIS CMV series and SONY Pregius®* CMOS sensors allow a framerate up to 170 fps even at full resolution.
Advanced Sequencer
CELERA features our Advanced Sequencer option, allowing up to 64 different video settings to be cycled to a succession of subsequent frames. The user will be able to move the ROI in the field of view, controlling different light sources and changing acquisition parameters for each frame in order to perform multiple and complex inspections in a single target passage.
Triple Programmable LUTs
Independent LUTs (one for each color) allow easy color thresholding, filtering and calibration for color-criticai applications.
Smart Data
Embedded timestamp, trigger counters, encoder position, latched input status and input change detection allow perfect image-to- real world pairing.
Versatile I/O
With 2 inputs, 2 outputs and 1 I/O, CELERA One series offers unprecedented flexibility for interfacing to outer world signals: direct encoder readout and strobed lightening have never been so easy.
Advanced triggering
With CELERA One series, user can choose among a long list of triggering mechanisms. Acquisition can be driven by 1/0 levels, edges and encoder position. Furthermore, the frequency of triggering signals can be internally converted to salve even the most challenging problems.
