ARIA series
Small and powerful
ARIA represents Alkeria’s answer to the increasing demand for affordable, ultracompact, ultralight, and easy-to-integrate cameras. Choose between the most common and requested sensors and get all the benefits of the USB3 interface and Alkeria’s smart I/O. Top quality delivered in the size of a coin, the weight of a feather, and at a convenient price. A camera born for embedded vision, inspection, and OEM design.
ARIA is directly powered by the USB3 bus, with no need for external power adapters. USB3 provides the most cost-effective, widespread interface, pushing speed performances to the top level.
Powerful on-board image processing
ARIA provides powerful onboard user-controlled image processing: color-independent LUTs, gamma correction, white balance, brightness, contrast, sharpness, and saturation.
Driver and Software
ARIA is GenICam GenTL compliant and comes with a comprehensive SDK for Windows and Linux, supporting all major programming languages such as Python, C#, VB, and C++ in the Visual Studio or QT environments.
Our Software Development Kit, provided with ARIA cameras, is fully compatible with Cognex VisionPro, MVTech Halcon, NI LabView, and other major machine vision software for industrial applications. It can also be used with embedded computing platforms such as Jetson Nano, Jetson Orin, and Raspberry.

USB3 interface
Establishing a new standard in vision, USB3 allows high performance, lower costs, and ease of use.
Compact, light, and versatile
ARIA comes in the size of a coin, weighing less than 5g (without lens adapters), and is available in board-level format or complete with C-mount and S-mount adapters.
Fast global-shutter CMOS technology
ARIA is available with the most sought-after sensors in the field, such as the e2V Sapphire and Ruby series and the SONY Pregius™ IMX series, allowing great performance and image quality.
On-board image pre-processing
Like all Alkeria cameras, even the light, small and convenient ARIA performs all of its image pre-processing on board without loading your CPU with heavy calculations.
Versatile I/O
With 1 optoisolated input and output and 2 general purpose I/O, the ARIA series offers unprecedented flexibility for interfacing to outer world signals: direct encoder readout, serial communication, and strobed lighting have never been so easy.
Smart triggering
Users can choose from a long list of triggering mechanisms. The acquisition can be driven by I/O levels, edges, and encoder position. Furthermore, the frequency of triggering signals can be internally converted to solve even the most challenging problems.
Complete protection
Thanks to available accessories, ARIA cameras can be equipped with a complete casing, entirely made of anodized aluminum and machined from solid, to protect them from the external environment. A back cover is coupled to the front lens mount adapter to completely enclose the camera board, protecting it from dust while providing better thermal dissipation capabilities.
